Thomas has presented case studies and informational sessions to the National Business Group on Heath, the North Eastern Business Group on the Health, the Pacific Business Group on Health, and Catalyst for Payment Reform. He pioneered programs in “counter-detailing” the pharmaceutical industry’s marketing efforts while working with the Harvard Medical School’s Division on Aging and was a featured speaker at the Boston University School of Medicine’s “Geriatric Conference Series,” Thomas has also authored numerous accredited educational publications for clinicians on a variety of topics, including optimal therapeutic outcomes and chronic disease management.

Thomas developed the firm’s Waste Free Formulary TM service that eliminates access to less effective-more expensive drugs, which is the subject of the soon-to-be published study from the Pacific Business Group on Health, (PBGH).
Prior to founding Integrity Pharmaceutical Advisors, Thomas served as vice president of pharmacy practice at Aon Consulting and director of clinical services at Medco Health Solutions, Inc., where he successfully launched the first national generic drug sampling program in the United States as well as leading the first PBM to become accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Medical Education.
